What it is

Handwriting robots driven by AI — physical, pen-on-paper letters produced at scale, aimed at bringing personalisation back to channels that had become entirely automated and entirely ignorable.

What I did

• Co-founded and ran the venture from Europe against a US market.
• Worked the intersection of hardware and software: the robots, the personalisation layer, and the campaigns they served.

What came of it

Seven months. It proved the appetite for physical personalisation is real, and that hardware economics are unforgiving when the software half is the easy part.
