What I did
- Built the topical cluster methodology the agency runs on — one map, one node per page, measured as a system rather than as isolated keywords.
- Automated the production pipeline end to end, from cluster planning to brief to publication tracking.
- Extended the target beyond blue links to AI search: getting clients cited in AI answers, not only ranked.
- Handle positioning, delivery and client strategy directly.
What came of it
A client list spanning SaaS, e-commerce and AI: Beauty Heroes (beauty-heroes.com), InnoVet Pet (innovetpet.com), Najar (najar.ai), MagicPost (magicpost.in), Eleven (eleven.run) and Dokmee (dokmee.com).
