lempire is the company behind lemlist, lemwarm, lemcal, Taplio and TweetHunter. I led organic search across the portfolio, then took on a broader growth remit covering SEO, ads, website operations and conversion.
What I did
- Built and ran an organic traffic ecosystem spanning five products rather than five separate SEO programmes.
- Managed the SEO team and the content production behind it.
- Added ads, website operations and CRO to the remit as Growth Lead.
- Treated topical authority as the compounding asset, not individual rankings.
What came of it
Non-branded organic traffic grew 10x across the portfolio between September 2023 and January 2025 — sixteen months, five products.
